With the colder winter season approaching, now is the perfect time to get your tea stock pile ready. Yes, tea bags may be convenient, but making your own tea bags is so simple and will save you a lot of money!
My favorite tea for day or night is chamomile. It helps to relieve stomach aches and cramps, as well as reduced gas and bloating in the intestines. Chamomile also works well for sleeplessness, and helps promote relaxation. [Chamomile is not recommended if you are pregnant, taking blood thinners, or allergic to ragweed pollen.]

Davidson's Tea
I use T-Sac tea filters, size 1. They are chlorine-free and the perfect size for a single cup of tea.
T-Sac Tea Filter Size 1 - 100 Filters
$9.24 (and free shipping with Prime membership)
That's about 92 cents per tea filter.
OR cheaper option is:
Finum 100 Tea Filters, Large, Brown
$6.01 (and free shipping with Prime membership)
these are also unbleach and chlorine free
That comes out to 6 cents per tea filter.
I simply put 1 to 2 tsp of the dried loose tea into the tea filter and fold the top over. Then I use a clip or clothes pin and clip the tea bag to the inside of the mug. Pour hot water over the tea bag, to fill the mug. Let steep for about 5 minutes and you have a delicious hot tea that will warm and comfort the soul!

What a great idea! Thanks Left Coast Mama!
